Gramma and I have been working harder than ever to provide our sausages and industry-leading prosthetics to as many customers as possible. Lots of time and effort has also been spent improving the customer experience by upgrading our online shop and website. We truly appreciate everyone's patience and support during this phase of Gramma's journey.
International Shipping
First-things-first: International Shipping. It's what's on everyone's mind. We have had hundreds (yes, you read that right - HUNDREDS) of contacts and inquiries about international shipping in the last few months.
This has been a long and uphill battle. International shipping is a lot more complicated than you would think. There are lots of factors, issues, problems, and obstacles to overcome when getting international shipping to work for everyone. Things like payment processors, financial institutions, currencies, third party apps, systems, integrations, automations, security, policies, regulations, laws, customs, duties, and fees all come into play - most of which are far outside Gramma and I's experience and area-of-expertise.
With the recent update to our new-and-improved online shop as well as the transition to the new payment processor, Klarna, we are able to send out more international orders than ever! On Gramma's end - we are actively accepting more international orders than ever to wherever Klarna accepts. Here is a list of countries that are accepted by Klarna which includes Canada, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, France, Italy, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Great Britain, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Australia.
It's important to note that Klarna may not accept certain payment plans in certain countries - however, you should be able to successfully place your order and pay in full without issue as long as your address is in one of the above-listed countries.
EDIT: To avoid possible mix-ups, international customers without an already-existing Klarna should pre-emptively register their Klarna account in their respective country's version of Klarna's site before checking out on Gramma's site. Gramma's site automatically routes users to the US version of the website which can cause problems and delays that prevent transactions from being processed correctly.
I've had the pleasure of working with many peeps who have had issues with international shipping. In most cases, any issues had simple fixes such as customers unknowingly trying to pay using an unapproved payment plan, mismatching shipping/billing addresses, using VPNs, or simply not completing the checkout process like normal.
In some cases, Dick's Trouble-Shooting was not successful and customers were advised to reach out to Klarna's top-notch customer service for more info. If you are running into issues while trying to place an international order from one of the above-listed countries, please try to place your order again. Make sure to thoroughly read through each prompt and make sure you're entering the correct info and clicking the right buttons - Klarna's checkout process is definitely more in-depth by other less secure payment processors, so please pay close attention!

You can send an email to support@grammassausages.com and I'll get back to you ASAP - please allow up to 72 hours for me to respond and I will do my best to work with you to find the issue and get your order through. If you're fairly certain the issue is related to payments/transactions, of course I'll be happy to help however I can but may end up having to send you over to Klarna support.
That's pretty much where we're at with international shipping at the moment. I know there have been many people waiting for an update - I'm sorry I wasn't able to write this up sooner!
Our end goal is indeed to be able to ship to any country and have Gramma's Sausages dominate the globe! We will continue to research solutions and expand the list of countries we're able to ship to as time allows.
I just want to thank everyone again for their continued patience, support, and understanding. Gramma and I are a two-man team and we promise to continue to do our best to provide our amazing sausages to as many people as possible no matter your spawn point :)
