First we'd like to offer our legit sincere apology to any stress that was caused by our goof. It was never our intention to upset anyone.
Using laughter and humor as a holistic approach to dysphoria has always been part of our core beliefs, and it was our intention for it to be a light-hearted prank. The joke went about as badly as it possibly could and we are disappointed in ourselves for causing a lot of people stress.
We were going to wait until tomorrow to announce the April Fools with Gramma's return with an exciting and long-awaited new feature! The announcement will still come tomorrow, but we really don't want anyone to needlessly worry or feel pressured to panic-buy or spend money outside of a time which they want to do so.
We just wanted to confirm that Gramma isn't quitting any time soon, and that we both sincerely apologize for the joke that we now realize was in poor taste. We truly didn't intend to pressure anyone and of course will uphold our cancellation/refund policy if you had placed your order recently.
We are a two-man team learning as we go! We will definitely be learning from this mistake and thinking through our future posts more diligently. It really does mean a lot to Gramma and I that our sausages are so important to everyone.
