International Shipping Updates

Hey all, I hope you're having a good April so far! This post is in regards to some new international shipping errors and a temporary solution.

There was an update with the storefront platform I use, and the purchasing page was giving some customers in some countries an error message. Upon getting this fixed, it seems that only Priority International mail is able to be purchased through the storefront, which isn't ideal given the economic situation the majority of us are facing at the moment.

While the storefront team is working on reenabling USPS First Class International, Gramma is able to manually create invoices/orders in the meantime for the sausages you love with the cheapest shipping rates available. Because of the error on our end, I'm extending the 15% off DICKscount until April 15 for all international customers. Just hit me up (gramma@grammassausages.com) with the items you want, and I'll confirm shipping/total costs with you prior to sending an invoice and creating the order.

Thanks to everyone who emailed me about the issue. Being just one guy, it's so incredibly helpful when you all reach out about issues on the storefront. I appreciate each and every one of you. Your support means the world to me.
