How to wash

• Use warm water and any mild soap to wash. Avoid soap with sulfates if planning to use silicone-based adhesives (can inhibit silicone's cure).

• Pat Dry: Use a hand towel (or paper towel) to dry your packer, blow dry the packer, or let it air dry before use or storage. ​​

​How to Store.

• Consider keeping your sausages in a separate container or pouch. Silicone attracts lint and other particles like crazy, and a special storage space keeps it clean (and safe from any pets).

Skin Safety

• All materials in our packers and play items are 100% skin safe, but if you have sensitive skin, any object that repels moisture (no matter how skin safe) in your junk-region can potentially trap moisture, which may lead to skin irritation in sensitive individuals. The cure? Packing underwear with full pockets (I like to purchase those from Bullet Briefs), lower humidity environments, or less time wearing the prosthetic.

• If your skin is less sensitive, Gramma carries open pocket briefs, in which part of the prosthetic will be in contact with your skin. This method works great for most and enables wearers to feel the prosthetic against their skin, which is quite gender affirming.

• However you decide to pack, give your skin some time to breathe.

• Avoid Talc Powders.​​​​​

5. Avoid:

• Avoid oil-based lubricants (e.g. with play items), as this can degrade silicone!

• Avoid soap with sulfates if you plan to use with adhesives.

• Steer clear of bleach or other harsh cleaners.

6. Patch as Needed

• Periodically inspect your packer for any signs of wear and tear. Patch any tears as they occur. This will extend the life of your packer immensely!​
