Embedded Testes. Unlike many other companies, who have "floating testes" Embedded within liquid, we blended silicones into a "liquid feeling" solid, so if you bust a nut, just patch 'er up and get going! No uncomfortable oils leaking out of a (generally super hard silicone) scrotum.

A supersoft AND Nonstick Backing (soft silicone is generally tacky in feel; not this!). We have softened the silicone in both shore hardness and 'stick' -- No more cornstarch!

(Actual) Vienna sausages are known for their compact size and cylindrical shape. Gramma’s Vienna is convenient for on-the-go, discrete packing and has quite the shelf life.
BEST FOR: anyone who wants to pack discretely, with a very low profile to the public. Anyone who is curious to explore how they may feel with a small bulge (e.g. if one is pre T and exploring without risk).
Packing for sensory reasons: The wearer is able to enjoy the sensory experience of packing without being on DICKSplay for others.
The Beanie Weenie is one of the first sculpts Gramma ever made, back when she was performing research and DICKvelopment. A very good friend of hers wanted something small and uncut, and Gramma was working on improving her sculpting skills. To her surprise, the Beanie Weenie has been quite the hit with customers! With its simple design and small profile, this packer works for people of any gender who simply want to pack. <3
BEST FOR: Just like the Vienna, for anyone who wants to pack discretely or sport a very small bulge.
Gramma's official Metoidioplasty inspired packer, this packer is the first anatomically trans masculine inspired packer in the world.

One of Gramma's older models (and thus the sculpt and molds are not perfect D:), this was intended to be a cut packer in between our mini packers and the Andoillette, requested by y'all! Its girth is actually less than the BRUH-wurst (cut), so Gramma had a tough time ranking the sizings.
Was intended to be an uncut version of the Knoblewurst. This series was Gramma's first set of sculpts to have a "pocket" for the shaft to lay in the scrotum. These pockets have become pretty standard for Granny's packers and are GREAT for anyone looking to purchase a basic formula packer (see below for our formulas!). Intended to produce a mediocre bulge in any formula. The tab is on the thicker side, but you can request a smaller tab in the notes section when ordering.
Meant to be in between sizes of the vienna and the Andoillette, this special dude is part of our "Big Beautiful Scrotum" Series! Like a smaller version of Sally (see below)!

Gramma's first average sized uncut model! Pairs well with a speedo! This is a timeless uncut model with all the little intricacies of a flaccid uncut dick, wrinkles and all. Gramma looked at many softies for y'all so you don't have to! Kolby is, for some reason, an incredibly comfortable packer. The f3+/testes pair well with his shape, and the new softened back also makes this guy feel...expensive? Designer dick? Forget Gucci. Kolby may be the one for you.

Another gorgeous uncut sculpt by Gramma, made as an uncut version of Sally, known for her BIG, BEAUTIFUL scrotum. <3 Formula 3 scrotum recommended for any/all packers in the big scrotum series, Charlie (the chorizo) is hella cozy somehow even with his ginormous scrotum. More volume for Gramma's secret formula? If you're a 'go big or go home' type of person (who also happens to prefer uncut packers), Charlie is the packer for you.
Sally is a whopper of a bulge! Sally was made as a joke and ended up being Gramma's go-to packer in 2022. First model in Gramma's "Big Beautiful Scrotum" Series!! At 3.75" length x 1.5" diameter - this is a honker of a softy!
Made for individuals who want a BIG DICK. This fucker sits at 4.25" length (DAMN) by 1.5" girth (Diameter). Doesn't get much bigger than THIS!
Gramma's biggest soft packer. This thing is fucking HUGE. If you're looking to blend in, don't buy this guy! He hangs nice n' long at almost 5" length! [Admittedly fun to wear in a jock harness and run 'commando' in.

Each Picture will (in the future, work in progress) be linked to another, more in depth page with many different customers of all skin tones, body types, clothing types wearing each packer. If you'd like to submit packing pics for a DICKScount code, please email packers@grammassausages.com. If we use your pics, you will get a DICKScount code, amount being dependent on number of packers, photo quality, etc. The DICKScount can range anywhere from 10% to a free packer!
Choosing your standard packer forumula
Choose between Basic Softened, STP, F3OG, F3+ as options for standard packers.
Basic Softened (Single Pour)
Basic packers are the most simple and budget-friendly formula option. Poured with a super soft platinum cure silicone blend, this is a great option for a consistent-feeling and durable packer. Paint jobs are now available and Gramma's original basic formula has now been softened by VIP customers' request.
STP
STPs are essentially a basic softened packer with a hole through the entire shaft. The scrotum, however, is made of Gramma's special, formula 3 scrotum. Gramma's STPs are versatile - they fit multiple brand's STP devices through them (e.g. Spouti, winkie), and if one doesn't want the STP function, the devices can easily be removed for a super cozy packing experience. Win-win!
F3 OG
F3 OG is Gramma's original F3 silicone blend. This option features Gramma's proprietary F3 blend in both the shaft and balls. "Formula 3" was originally developed because Gramma enjoyed the feeling of liquid silicones but feared such expensive products leaking if the packers were to get even a small tear in them. This formula is softened to blur the lines between liquid and solid, with the scrotum being able to be cut, squeezed with cuts in it, and the inner (skin safe) formula 3 proprietary blend to retract back into the scrotum (see a vid here). Repairs are simple and quick with Gramma's patch kit, so no worries if you do tear the packer!
F3+
F3+ is Gramma's most realistic-feeling formula option. The inner core within the shaft really sets these packers apart. The inner core makes a tri-density option that mimics the anatomy of a cis penis (and a T-dick, feel for yourself!), with the core resembling an irl corpus cavernosum!
Add the suspended testicles (F3+ BLZ) for the most cutting edge, fascinating, and realistic sensory experience - truly a delight!
Choosing your sausage roast
When choosing the roast (color) of your sausage, the options can include light, medium, dark, in-between, and custom/realism (when applicable).
How to submit custom pics for realism
For an extra fee, Gramma will use your reference pics when hand-painting your packer!
To submit your photos, after placing your order simply send an email to orders@grammassausages.com with your order number in the subject line. You can attach as many photos and as much information as you like. Please be clear and concise in your details, and Gramma will get to work and implement your wishes to the best of her ability! Results may vary.

Choosing your play item formula
Play Items
Single Density
Single Density Shaft pictured here. You have the options of semi, harder, and "built ford tough" depending on if you plan to pack with it as well, or only for play. The toughest option is best for hardcore sexy times (not recommended for packing). Semi is great for mostly packing and maybe some foreplay.
All play items are quite bulky and thus hard to pack with either way, but we'll get to size later.
NOTE: Semi hard has less contrast between inner and outer layer. Gramma recommends semi in single density if you're strapped for cash especially!

Multi Density
Pictured above is a dual density shaft. The purpose of multi density is for people with sensitive skin to come in contact with a super cozy outer layer with a harder silicone "rod" inside that holds the rigidity.
You have options of the rods being semi, harder, and "built ford tough".
Multi-Density is the most realistic option available for play items.
NOTE: Semi hard has less contrast between inner and outer layer. Gramma recommends semi in single density if you're strapped for cash especially!

Due to the intimate nature of our products, health & safety considerations, and because many items are custom-made to order, we ARE NOT able to accept returns or exchanges for our products. We encourage our customers to make educated and confident purchases. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions regarding your items. If you are unsure on how to use a product, please contact us prior to ordering. Please check sizes to ensure these will work with your body and the clothing you expect to wear.
Ordering the wrong size or color of silicone products (packers, STP, dildos, etc) and/or clothing (underwear or harnesses), including items not living up to your expectations will not be a reason for us to accept a return for refund or exchange. If the product is damaged after your use of the product, we can not refund based on use nor your dissatisfaction. Customized and made to order products are always inspected before shipping to ensure it meets Gramma's high expectations of quality and matches the choices you made on the order.
How long will it take my item to ship?
Customized and made-to-order items take 8 weeks to ship.
Pre-made and clothing items generally ship within 1-3 days.
When your order ships you will receive an email notification with your package's tracking information.
How do I cancel my order?
Pre-made items may be cancelled before the item has shipped. We ship pre-made items within 72 hours, so be quick to reach out about cancelling those purchases if you desire to do so!
Made-to-Order items may be cancelled up to 7 days after purchase. Any order that has been updated to "Processing" is unable to be cancelled.

When will the item I want be back in stock?
Slots for made-to-order items open at the beginning of every month. Order slots are first come first serve, so keep a look-out! The "Stock" or "Inventory" listed in the shop represents the remaining slots that are open for the month. The amount of order slots available depends on many factors including current order volume and available supplies.
Some models may not be available for a period of time due to maintenance or upgrades. If the item you want is not available, check back at the beginning of the next month. Feel free to email any questions to packers@grammassausages.com.
Is there discreet shipping?
Gramma neatly packages your prosthetic like she would any fancy lunch - vacuum sealed for peak sausage freshness!
Your order will arrive inside the shipped generic envelope or package from USPS addressed to you, from "Gramma Andrew". Gramma also includes a special hand-written personalized note!
What goes into creating these packers?
Each packer purchased from Gramma is unique - every single packer is individually hand-sculpted and hand-painted using her own secret recipes and proprietary formulas in conjunction with the best and safest materials to create a high quality and durable packer with an excellent and realistic feel. No factory lines here - Gramma's sausages are functional and individual works of art.
Gramma puts around 8-12 hours+ of love into each and every packer. This is including the quality assurance and control process, as well as research and development into her most complex and innovative packer models on the market - known as the F3+ line. Having been a laboratory scientist for over a decade, she also dedicates her time off (#nerd) researching new, more cutting edge advancements in elastomer specific material sciences and related fields.
How long will my packer last?
At the moment, Gramma is still researching the life-expectancy of packers through daily use. Due to the softness and realistic feel of the products, packers are prone to cosmetic wear-and-tear over time. We recommend picking up one of Gramma's Silicone-based patch kits from the shop to have on-hand for when your packer could use a patch!
Who is Gramma and what's Gramma's Sausages?
Gramma's Sausages is a trans-owned single-member LLC located in Louisville, KY. "Gramma" is the alter-ego of the owner, Andrew Esterle: Scientist turned Artist who's favorite pastime is hand-sculpting and hand-painting packers and genital prosthetics.
Gramma takes pride in each individual and unique handmade packer she makes. Each packer is made for not only durability but realistic look and feel not found anywhere else. Every packer is made by Gramma herself using her own unique secret recipes and proprietary formulas!
