What's the best way to pack, Granny?

Here's a video I uploaded a few years ago about some DIY packing. Some models swing quite well using a jock strap with a hole in it (or any packing underwear with an o ring), others have the best profile using pocket underwear. My personal tastes depends on the packer itself, but I personally tend to pack small and with pocket briefs.  I also love Bullet Briefs -- they're another trans owned company, and they sew a pocket into any briefs you want!

Can I swim with a Gramma's Sausage on?

Yep! I do recommend pocket briefs to secure your sausage in, however! Whose sausage is floating in lap lane 69?

For custom orders, can you change the size or shape of a sausage at my request?

Nope. Each model has been molded off of a hand sculpt or lifecasted sausage. Capturing each unique mold is a process in and of itself. Now, if you're loaded and can afford to pay for a special sausage to be made, Granny is willing to consider, but it could run in the 5k+ price range. ​​​

 

For custom orders, what can you do?

I can easily make mods to the skin tone (or make wacky colors like electric pink if you're into that!), can make a portion of the packer safe for piercing, change the finish from matte (default) to glossier in appearance, cast without a scrotum, and change up the formula to be more durable (or softer). If you have a request not explicitly mentioned, hit me up and I'll see what I can do!

When will the item I want be back in stock? 
Slots for made-to-order items open on the first of each month. Order slots are first come, first serve, so keep a look-out!  The amount of order slots available depends on many factors including current order volume. Hit me up if you have any questions!

How long will it take my order to ship?

Customized/"made-to-order" items generally take around 8 weeks to ship. Feel free to hit me up with questions at any time.​

Pre-made packers, clothing items, and accessories generally ship 1-2 business days, but up to 5 business days after placing an order. 

When your order ships you will receive an email notification with your package's tracking information.

Is there discreet Packaging?

Gramma neatly packages your prosthetic like she would any fancy lunch - vacuum sealed for peak sausage freshness! 

Your order will arrive inside the shipped generic envelope or box from USPS or UPS addressed to you, from "Gramma Andrew". Gramma also includes a special hand-written personalized note!

May I change or cancel my order?

Absolutely! To change an order just email me at gramma@grammassausages.com.

For cancelations:

Pre-made and made-to-order items may only be cancelled before the item has shipped. Pre-mades generally ship in 3-5 days, so email gramma@grammassausages.com about cancelling your order as soon as possible. ​

You generally have a longer time window before a made-to-order item ships. It is recommended to cancel within 14 days (sometimes I'm able to get to some orders faster than others), but please hit me up at gramma@grammassausages.com!!!

What goes into creating these packers?

Each packer purchased from Gramma is unique - every single packer model was individually hand-sculpted or life casted off a lovely sausage donor, and each packer was hand cast, hand-painted, and air-brushed using Gramma's secret recipes and proprietary formulas in conjunction with the best and safest materials to create a high quality packer with an soft and realistic feel. No factory lines here - Gramma's sausages are functional and individual works of art.

How long will my packer last?

Based on our research, our packers seem to last around a year (or more) if cared for gently and with regularly maintenance. If you see any small tears in the silicone, patch it with silpoxy (you can order a patch kit on our website or get sil-poxy off amazon). It takes about 15 min to cure and works kind of like an oil change for your car. It's a game changer.

Update: I've since updated the formula (est mid 2024) to have a stronger external barrier, which means less sil poxy has been needed, and packer shelf life is likely to be greatly increased.

Can I use your patch kit // Sil-poxy to repair packers from other brands?

Of course.

Gramma's Sausages is a trans-owned packer business located in Louisville, KY. "Gramma" (she/her) is the alter-ego of the owner, Andrew Esterle (pronouns: whatever/whatevers): Scientist turned Artist who's favorite pastime is pioneering the world of gender affirming prosthetics, in conjunction with all the other awesome companies out there <3. We must all stand on the shoulders of giant weiners to progress in the prosthetic world.

Gramma takes pride in each individual and unique handmade packer she makes. Each packer is made realistic look and feel not found anywhere else. Every packer is made by Gramma herself using her own unique secret recipes and proprietary formulas!​
