These packers are made with a single density shaft with a hole through the packer for adding compatible stand to pee devices inside. The scrotum has Gramma's signature "formula 3" filling!

Gramma is able to modify some packer models to have larger or smaller diameter holes based on which STP you plan to pair with Granny's packers. Message Gramma with questions before ordering if you're looking to pop in a different STP!
