Great lil’ guy! Enjoy the pride sale! Custom roast is something between light and mid. I’d say slightly more time on the grill than a light roast, with some extra special spice to him! He came out perfectly soft, the way granny loves. 🫶 prepatched with a velvety softened tab. 🥵
