As you may know, we've encountered quite a few bugs with the transition to our new shop and payment processor! There have be issues accepting international orders through Klarna, as well as some general confusion and bugs for some customers when attempting to sign up for a Klarna account.
We have successfully installed a more traditional payment option (Authorize.net powered by Bankful) where you just enter in your card info like normal to pay in full. During the checkout process, just click "Debit/Credit Card" instead of Klarna, and as always feel free to reach out to me if you have any issues. The best way to do so is by sending an email to email@example.com. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response depending on contact volume.
For our international customers, using this alternative payment option should clear up any issues accepting international payments as well!
